Additionally, I enhance our employer brand by managing talent acquisition partnerships and events focused on underrepresented communities. I create strategies to improve employee belonging, addressing root causes of gaps and implementing long-term solutions. I also coordinate company-wide DEI training, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
