Trained and experienced with construction project management fundamentals and an engineer's mindset. I have been always fascinated by giant structures, leaning towers, and cantilevers. I consider that is as kick-start of my construction journey. By studying bachelor's in civil engineering, I gained depth knowledge of anatomy behind structures and successfully executed my knowledge on the field.And that's when it happened; the spark I was missing ignited the instant when I started working in the office and saw working on the field or designing structures are not just enough for an entire project, there are enormous relations with management as well. I have realized that designing is a simple process with some experience, construction is the main factor that leads a project to its' success. Since then, I started digging out in-depth and pursued a Master's in Construction Management.Days have been passing and I am getting the idea that foundation for a successful project is in preconstruction management. With the help of my (sharpened over the years) analytical and management skills, I am able to create well sound project budget, project schedules, discussing scope with project team, incorporate value engineering for a full construction project. For me, working on field is as important to ensure Quality Control and promoting Work Safety to mitigate Risks and to remain Profitable.My specialties include quick learning new skills, problem-solving, clash detection, schedule lags, Reviewing Bids/Quotations, Reviewing contracts and specifications, and bringing new technology to work.When I am not plugging away with numbers and problem solving, I like to read self-development books, to cook food, Travelling and exploring places.
