Executive Administrator - Cabin Crew Department
CurrentOffice Management:- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls.- Maintain and organize filing systems, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.- Prepare reports for management, meeting agendas, and take minutes during meetings.- Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Procurement and Inventory:- Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to confirm product specifications and track delivery dates.- Raise purchase requisitions (PR) for all required items and recorded monthly purchases, including transaction details and associated documentation.- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, reordering as necessary to ensure availability.Document Handling:- Handle documents such as quotations, invoices, receipts, and tax invoices; collect monthly documents and send them to the accountant.- Issued memos and internal documents to relevant departments, maintaining organize records for reference.Employee Management:- Maintain employee records and assist in the hiring process.- Prepare documents for new employees and manage end-of-employment documentation, including employee contracts.- Manage employees' monthly leave records and assisted the training team in managing and maintaining training records.- Plan and distribute uniforms and accessory items to employees.
