CurrentSupporting the Northeast Zone for Smart Infrastructure: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia (Pennsylvania)Work hand-in-hand with the People & Organization ecosystem (Human Resources) and Smart Infrastructure Regional Solutions & Service functional leaders to understand talent needs and gaps, prioritize needs and then develop and execute targeted local talent acquisition strategies.Identify and evaluate local… Show more Supporting the Northeast Zone for Smart Infrastructure: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia (Pennsylvania)Work hand-in-hand with the People & Organization ecosystem (Human Resources) and Smart Infrastructure Regional Solutions & Service functional leaders to understand talent needs and gaps, prioritize needs and then develop and execute targeted local talent acquisition strategies.Identify and evaluate local colleges, universities, technical schools and other community-based organizations that could be a viable and sustainable source of field talent and propose options for engagement - including large scale programmatic relationships such as apprenticeship programs. Drive the co-creation of programmatic solutions in collaboration with the People & Organization team and Smart Infrastructure functional leaders, then implement and maintain those programs in collaboration with key stakeholders.Collaborate with the Workforce PMO Team to identify opportunities to scale and maximize efforts into other regions and/or nationwide. Serve as primary POC with existing program partners, such as SkillBridge, Vets2PM, Hiring Our Heroes, to ensure these relationships are fully leveraged within the Northeast Zone. Establish and maintain project plans, identify resource needs and manage project schedules.Provide detailed reporting on program and project performance through regular E-Mail updates, roadmap prioritization meetings and other mechanisms. Proactively provide solutions, resolve issues and overcome recruiting hurdles within Northeast Zone.Attend and/or coordinate attendance at local career fairs and events within the Northeast Zone. Maintain a small requisition load of positions specifically tied to local workforce development efforts as well as critical, hard-to-fill positions. Show less
