About Naphtali (Tali) Anderson

Let’s be real about it. All these leadership tactics and tools are just not good enough anymore… people want a leader that they can believe in and trust as a person not just a boss that “seems” to say the right things.I started coaching with the focus on leadership, but soon realized that there was a much deeper problem that needed to be addressed. Being the “empathetic leader” was a big focus and everyone was saying that the new generation needed “connection”. Which led to a gap in how business was being done and the creation of loyalty and trust in the work place… but that still wasn’t the root of the issue.Empathy was pushed as the big tactic. Businesses were changing how they talk to their employees, new tools were being issued, but no one was teaching the leaders that empathy was a state of BEING not a TOOL. True empathy can’t be faked if the purpose is to actually create a real connection and trust in another person. So what now?To create a shift in the state of being and how a leader thinks we had to go deeper, we had to get real personal. This was hard at first, because people didn’t see what it had to do with leadership.I am glad we stuck with it, because we created a change that not only helped someone in their career but empowered them in every area of their life (health, family, inner purpose and peace).Let me explain. There are many of us that have created success in our careers or business. We have become leaders, secured prominent roles, are financially secure, and to the world around us we have “made it”. The problem is that we still feel like something is missing. We take action, create wins… but the fulfillment that we thought would come never seems to stick around. We put on a smile and do our best to be thankful and appreciative for all we have accomplished but silently we still question “is this it?”I know because I have been there, and many other men I have spoken to have also. This is why I shut down my first coaching practice and built the Revolutionized Life program. To help men start making the shifts in their life from the core. To create more peace, purpose, and confidence outside of the titles, roles and trophies. To show up as the husband, and father they want to be and family deserves. Then to fully be the leader that creates true influence, connection, and trust in their business. All true change starts within. If you are looking for a shift message me to set up a time to talk. I will make sure you leave with a plan to start seeing shifts in your own life.
