About Naphtali John

I am a recent master’s graduate in Natural Resource and Environmental Management with a specialization in climate change. I have experience in GIS analytics (ArcGIS, QGIS), SPSS and R programming language. I am also passionate about climate variability and building climate resilience. My overarching career goal is to deepen my expertise and take on a strategic role in environmental management. I aim to develop key skills in policy analysis and development, research and data analysis and project management, which will enable me to design and implement effective solutions for complex environmental challenges. I plan to use these skills to solve critical issues in the region such as climate change, pollution, land use planning, urbanisation and natural disasters. I am especially motivated to work with organisations that share my commitment to sustainability and innovation, where I can make a meaningful impact through collaborative and evidence-based approaches.
