Responsible for art direction and user experience for all nation and local clients. Lead creative development on projects from inception through final execution. Work with the design team to further build and develop all design elements for a solution while translating a client’s brand in to a digital environment. Create user flow charts to communicate all the ways the user will interact with our digital solutions and, present a competitive analysis to clearly identify our client's strengths and weaknesses to further improve their strategy. Develop wireframes to map out each page and its functionality. Finally, present ideas, strategies, and designs to a client and work hand-in-hand to bring their solution to life.

Designed high-end custom WordPress websites and restaurant menus. Helped clients develop branding and company identity. Consulted with prospective and current clients on sales calls, pitching designs and training usability. Brainstormed profitable and unique marketing ideas and carried them out to the success of the client. Oversaw all design work being sent out for approval. Hired, mentored, and evaluated personnel on the design team.

Responsible for rebranding eight affiliated websites; working directly with the editor to develop the look and feel for each logo.

Created custom print products for multiple projects and entities, as well as negotiated bids with clients and suppliers for the most economical and professional result.

Design and development for the marketing department including web development, graphic and web design, user interface, logo design, and flash work. Tasked with redesigning, building, and managing a total of 7 affiliated websites. Designed 2 international catalogues for dance (60 pages) and formal wear (24 pages).
