About Mike Napier

With over seven years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, brand management and market research, I have led or participated in a variety of organizational transformations, targeted market opportunity investigations, and the (re)development of organizations' high-level strategies (e.g., Vision, Mission, Values) and/or tactical strategies (e.g., marketing, operations). My leadership roles in the London, Toronto and Calgary chapters of Junior Chamber International (JCI) have contributed to my personal and professional growth in immense ways - and its fun!As a coach in Special Olympics floor hockey, I have led my teams to a league championship, several tournament successes and even a few awards. Oh ya, and had a blast doing it! The most important, however, is improving the lives of the athletes, on and off the gym floor, through the power of sport, coaching and life lessons.Specialties: I specialize in strategic brand and business planning, marketing, facilitation, data analysis and interpretation, and survey development and analysis.
