As a nomadic contemporary artist, my creative journey draws from a rich blend of cultures, landscapes, and experiences, weaving a vibrant tapestry that reflects my unique perspective. My work spans across popular culture, space and time, comic books, science fiction, historical and political figures, and human nature, while also being deeply influenced by illustrators like Kelley Jones.Born in Turkey in 1987, I’ve lived in cities like Ankara, Istanbul, Paris, Amsterdam, and now Helsinki. Each of these places has shaped my identity, and my art reflects the dilemmas and contradictions I've encountered along the way.I’ve had the privilege of working on notable projects such as collaborating with Oscar nominee Richard Linklater on Apollo 10 1/2: A Space Age Childhood and contributing to The Sandman TV series. I’ve also worked on The Peripheral TV series produced by Jonathan Nolan and James W. Skotchdopole. Currently, I serve as Art Director for Merry Little Batman at Warner Bros. Animation, leading teams of talented artists to create visually compelling stories.My goal is simple: to create art that breathes and, in return, to live through my art.
