Account Coordinator
Current- Provide exceptional phone and website experience for HubExpress product support to prescribers, pharmacies, and insurance plans while maintaining interaction and call accuracy. Troubleshooting and communicating insights to prescribers to advance the Prior Authorization process.- Build up personal workflow and for efficient pattern recognition and process analytics.- Train new hires or team members through shadow sessions. Secure and cater to new hires to ensure both extensive and detailed understanding of the Prior Authorization process and HubExpressInfluence team success through active participation in Pod meetings. Present team members and Pod lead with solutions to challenges, questions, and trends that may arise in HubExpress- Uplift company culture by embracing core values within the company’s workflows and participating in company-wide events such as Covermymixer, surveys, and encouraging team members to participate.
