-Oversees the day to day operations of the Fitness and Wellness Division of the Company including signing up new Members, communicating with guests, vendors and Members. -Instruct groups or individuals in exercise activities and the fundamentals of fitness and sport performance. Demonstrate techniques and methods of participation. Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary to improve their skills.

-Responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). -Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and medical concerns/limitations and design personalized exercise regimens. -Instruct members on how to properly and safely use the equipment. -Responsible for regular equipment maintenance and minor repairs. -Recruit new members/existing members for classes. -Assist in front desk related activities

-The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance to computer system users. -Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or from remote locations.

-Monitor queue, ensuring necessary property preservation work is completed.-Ensure all work is completed accurately in compliance with client specifications and company policies. -Receive and review incoming work, prioritize, contact appropriate resources as needed; enter transactions into PC using multiple systems.-Prepare, edit, distribute, and or correcting specialized documents, notes, and entries.-Verify accuracy; resolve general customer issues using multiple resources and records.

• Assist with the management and growth of the ticket sales database, developing season ticket and group ticket marketing collateral.• Assist with clerical duties, data entry and e-marketing campaigns.• Assist in updating sales records on a daily and weekly basis.• Assist in the development of new marketing growth programs and initiatives.
