As an Operations Lead, I handle the day to day tasks that enable all departments to operate smoothly. Working closely with project managers, I research and make purchases in the interest of the company, track spending, assess stock and inventory, review newly acquired contracts, liaise with clients and track accounts on our CRM system

As a recruitment administrator, I was responsible for the sortation of applicant forms, assisted recruitment managers by providing them with documents to review and approve and had a hands on role on onboarding successful applicants to graduate programs.

As a legal administrator, I was the first point of contact for clients seeking the company’s services. I would prepare legal documents such as subpoenas and complaints for the process servers and provide affidavits for the clients
