I worked as research assistant at KIPA and support published research "Research on the Strengthening of Cooperative Systems in the Disaster Response Process: A Focus on the Improvement of Coordination Mechanisms(2022)" and "A Study on the Improvement of the Performance Management System for International Development Cooperation: A Focus on the ways for effective feedback system(2023)". I did paper research and thematic analysis based on the interview.

I was working in Globalcare Morocco branch as project manager. Projects I progressed was global health projects such as tuberculosis project, Covid-19 project, nutritional project etc

I worked as a filed coordinator in Fiji to execute project titled "Tuberculosis management enhancement project in Fiji" which is supported by KOICA. I liaised project communication between Korea and National TB program team in Fiji.
