Over the past two years, I have led a team of creatives in rebranding and reimagining Evergreen's five flagship training programs. I have also worked alongside our Operations Manager to make meaningful positive changes to our own company culture.My duties have included:Change management and talent development- Effectively leading a team of talented creatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, including a transition from office-based to fully remote work- Building and managing relationships with dependable, skilled remote contractors to accomplish our training development goals- Supporting change management in the org by participating in hiring and termination, as well as onboarding, training, and ongoing assessment of staff performance- Introducing company-wide culture shifts such as purpose and values development, internal training modules, and mindfulness practiceTraining and instructional design- Using my knowledge of adult learning styles and pedagogy to produce effective, engaging, and impactful training that saves lives- Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create trainings that exceed the industry standard- Training instructors to facilitate our curriculum using the most up-to-date teaching approaches- Writing and editing online training modules, handbooks, student handouts, and slide decks- Introducing and overseeing the management of our Learning Management System (LMS)- Overseeing implementation of online modules in Articulate Storyline and Rise- Art direction: working closely with our designer to ensure that all our media visually support the Evergreen purpose and brand- Video production: storyboarding, producing/directing, and editing beautiful videos to support our initiatives and trainings- Voice over work: performing, recording, and editing voice overs for videos and online trainings

I lead a curriculum design team to produce effective and engaging learning materials for roadway safety programs. My duties as project manager and senior curriculum designer include:- overseeing project workflow using the ADDIE model- designing learning experiences that include classroom instruction, print materials, video, and interactive online modules- employing my knowledge of adult learning styles and assessment to gear learning experiences effectively towards our students- using my knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate to supervise the creation of learning assets that are both beautiful and useful

I produce and edit digital media learning resources for a range of clients, including Sotheby's Institute of Art, the Handel Group, and Medici Art. Projects have included the production of video courses for online teaching, accessibility updates, graphic design and animation, and music production.

I collaboratively plan, create, and edit content for the Art History Teaching Resources (arthistoryteachingresources.org) website, with a focus on digital art history.

I produced digital media content to support millions of learners around the globe who use Smarthistory, the leading resource for art history on the web, and supplier of art history content for Khan Academy.I worked with a team of in-house experts and scholarly collaborators to research, produce, and edit Smarthistory videos, essays, and other learning resources such as lesson plans, quizzes, and syllabi. Key areas of responsibility:• Managed multiple high-level, grant-funded projects and personnel (including contractors, interns, and outside consultants)• Collaborated with a wide range of high-level stakeholders on projects across multiple scales• Used ADDIE model to design, implement, and evaluate learning resources for a public audience of learners, incorporating adult learning theory• Created individual learning assets using Adobe Creative Suite, video and audio editing software, and Wordpress, and manage the flow of new content onto multiple portals, including social media• Copy writing and editing, curriculum development, and workshop design for hybrid and classroom-based learning

I worked as part of the Smarthistory team to produce free, open-access art history videos and essays for a global audience of learners.

I taught an online course called Digital Toolkit for Art History, where students learned to research and produce their own videos about art.

I taught on-campus courses and led study abroad programs to Berlin and New York City through the Comparative History of Ideas Program.

Headed study abroad marketing, recruitment, and professional development for the Comparative History of Ideas Program.

Taught Survey of Art History (Ancient) online. Re-conceptualized the traditional survey course to focus on visual research methods and the use of web resources.

Taught “Principles of Art History,” a variation on the traditional art history survey model, and “Writing About Art,” a 200-level course designed to help students improve their writing and research skills in the field of visual culture. Worked with another faculty member to develop a new curriculum for the Writing About Art course. Taught a section of Principles of Art History especially for college freshmen from underserved backgrounds.

Led discussion section, graded assignments and helped students one-on-one for a History of World Architecture course.

For two consecutive summers, team taught an intensive six-week course in English Language and Social Studies for ESL students entering ninth grade; taught a before-school course on documentary video production for select students.Led a special before-school class on creating documentaries, which resulted in a short video about the program, shot by students.

Tutored fourth graders in basic reading and math as part of an after-school program at a public school in Brooklyn.

Worked as a video producer and editor for local community television. Composed musical scores for community and corporate videos, as well as short film.

Oversaw the day-to-day operations of a children's choir, including acting as parent liaison and overseeing concert production.
