This work experience was the basis for my capstone project during my Master of Engineering Leadership in Clean Energy at UBC.

Supervised and scheduled a team of thirty-five experienced operators through daily operation and implemented changes through Lean Six Sigma projects to increase line efficiency.

Lead energy efficiency initiatives alongside the national energy conservation team to reduce electricity, water, and natural gas use throughout the entire manufacturing facility and offices. Supported operations and repairs of the production equipment and building infrastructure, leading a team of millwrights and electricians, as well as coordinated with.

Managed Continuous Improvement projects on five machine centers and other large-scale improvement projects centering around increasing line efficiency. Conducted route cause analysis processes on machine breakdowns and implemented long-term solutions.
