As a mechanic at The Bike Shop, I repair various types of bicycles, both conventional and electronically assisted. I also assist in coordinating the service department, ensuring timely repairs and proper allocation of personnel. Using various tools and industry practices, I solve the daily unique problems brought to us by customers with the goal of providing them with the best experience and keeping them on two wheels.

As a summer R&D Intern for the New Generation Squad Weapons team, I designed and drafted multiple products for prototype and production. Using current GD&T standards, as well as the various analysis tools available at SIG, I developed and validated my designs with a strict emphasis on manufacturability. My projects also got me directly engaged with fellow engineers, many of whom shared their insights into tackling various problems encountered in the industry. By the end of my internship, I had multiple deliverables being manufactured, many of which may soon end up in the hands of the U.S. Army.

As a Community Assistant for ASU Housing, I helped support students' academic goals by ensuring they had a safe and positive experience with on-campus housing. I accomplished this by hosting events, providing resources to students, and coordinating with other departments at ASU to help address any problems as they arise.

I organized events such as the public President Crow Forum, helped boost voter registration and civic engagement, and supported the everyday operations of student government at ASU's Polytechnic campus. I also was in charge of Polytechnic's Appropriations Committee, which distributes funding to student organizations at ASU.

I consulted customers and diagnosed problems with their pedal and electric bicycles in a timely, organized, and recorded manner. I would convey any issues and create solutions to fit the customer's budget and aspirations. I also maintained inventory and directed technicians to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
