Responsible for day-to-day functional direction of agents within the program training classroomenvironment, including student progress monitoring for the duration of training, providing coaching anddevelopmental feedback and readiness recommendationsUtilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and adultlearning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a classroom environment.Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by taking calls, attending client and crossfunctional meetings (as needed), and side by side observations.Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, includingday-to-day informal interaction with clients.Participate and contribute to continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on changemanagement, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures.

My job responsibilities have taught me to be meticulous in my work and handle pressure as during rush hours multiple things had to be handled. Interpersonal skills helped me interact with new students who were looking for assistance. I also developed an understanding of intercultural differences, recognized barriers in intercultural communication and responded accordingly.• Actively engaged with new and returning International Students and delivered accurate information about services of the Center and offered assistance with connecting them to various service areas at the College to provide assistance with their inquiries.• Answered queries from current students, parents and third parties in person, over the phone and via email.• Acted as receptionist for the Center, answering the main telephone line and providing timely response to inquiries in person or via telephone.• Assisted new International Students with uploading their admissions documents.• Communicated with an understanding of intercultural differences and norms of service users; responded appropriately to barriers in intercultural communication.• Maintained and updated information display boards and handout boards, obtained information from the other departments and services for display in the reception area.• Successfully registered over 500 new student for the Fall 2019 period.
