Went live with our first email utility tZirr™ for MS Outlook.As a consultant, working on Bio-metrics - Finger Print Recognition Driver, System and Application software. Designed & developed entire software stack for Fair Price Shops involving Bio-metrics - Finger Print Recognition Driver, System & Application software. Presently running on 1300+ Installations and counting. Developed software tools for Risk Management in the areas of Health, Safety, Environment. Worked on a couple of custom Portal projects, was one of the early birds to develop a portal for filing Income Tax returns for Indian Citizens in 2009-10. Also, continue to engage in consulting assignments.

Senior Management role, built COE capability, second level leadership, product ownership charters, delivery capability within the Quality Engineering Org at Yahoo! Bangalore. Built & established complete QE ownership of high revenue impacting Yahoo! Panama - Search Advertising Platform COE charter in Bangalore. Also, built teams and established QE delivery capability around Siebel CRM, Media, Targeting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data marts, Search and Yahoo! India products.

Lead the Quality Management initiatives. Built teams to manage complete product Quality Engineering charter for Sun ONE Web Proxy Server, Sun ONE Web Server, plug-ins like Reverse Proxy, FastCGI, Java Web Services, Sun ONE and iPlanet Enterprise Application Servers. Worked on protocols like http(s), CARP, ICP on Unix and Java, JavaEE / J2EE technology platforms. Worked on High availability Clustering, Monitoring and Performance areas. Evolved from concept to implementation an automated test framework (SIFT) to do failure injection and test High Availability features.

Project delivery lead, Managed an engineering team to execute software projects for Yokogawa, Japan. Worked on projects related to Yokogawa’s Plant Information Management Systems (PIMS). Was deputed to Yokogawa-Marex Technology, UK for Exaquantum PIMS product development. Worked on distributed control systems (DCS), OLE for Process Control (OPC), developed ActiveX controls, COM/DCOM multi-threaded real time servers on Windows Platforms.

Started my career and joined through campus selection.
