I designed workout programs to lead clients towards achieving their fitness goals and held them accountable to follow through with their program. I also worked to sell members into personal training and group exercise memberships.

I observed physical therapists as they worked with their patients to help them recover from injuries. I also gained experience using some recovery machines (laser therapy, massage gun, etc.) and taping athletes. I led patients through rehabilitation and strengthening exercises, including NFL athletes Morgan Moses and Curtis Brooks.
