• Building the Annual Operations Plan (AOP) for the Organization including the six plants• Participate in key decisions as a member of the Management team • Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available, preparation and execution of SOPs• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
