1. Project Development of 8-Speed Automatic Transmission 4 Generation (8P4Gen)- Thermal modelling of Hybrid transmission components such as electric motor, gear box, torque converter, and cooling circuit.- Matlab programming for optimizing the model and parameterized the model with supplier data, and executed the model validation with measurement result.- Designed new cooling concepts to improve the thermal management process in transmission.2. Project Development of Front Electric Axle Drive (eVD2)- Executed the thermal simulation in respect to ISO 26262 (Functional safety).- Created the evaluation of the thermal risk during different driving condition and designed the thermal safety procedure.3. Project development of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). - Responsible for modelling, automatization and parameterization of electric motor components such as stator, rotor, air gap, housing, and concepted the cooling circuit system.- Programmed python script for automatization and optimization, executed FMU model export/ import for model exchange between project partner.- Supervised the manufacture and commissioned the test.
