I am a front-end developer and have also worked as a Team Lead. I've focused on development with JavaScript/TypeScript + React. I have extensive experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Git, integration with REST APIs and other tools and frameworks. As a Team Lead, I was responsible for technical decisions, code review, people allocation, career development and people management.I strive to understand what needs to be done and why it needs to be done, while making sure everyone else is aligned on that. I have a strong sense of ownership and I'm receptive to new ideas and feedback about the processes we follow and my individual work. I take great pleasure in helping people grow in their careers and this also helps me grow professionally and as a person.
