• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for the core banking system, enhancements, and modifications to existing systems.• Developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and conducting testing to ensure the quality and reliability of banking systems and applications.• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for banking systems and applications• Creating training documentation and providing training and support to end users and stakeholders.• Collaborating with vendors and service providers to evaluate, select, and implement third-party solutions, and managing vendor relationships.• Supervise Data center and Disaster recovery center establishments, VPN connectivity, Help Desk, in-house software development, and IT Hardware maintenance.• Completing other responsibilities such as maintaining e-Filing System and e-Procurement System, updating Bank’s Web Portal and other e-Services.• Visit Malaysia, Singapore, and India for foreign training and visit.

• Identifying the problems with the system through consultation and analysis, researching on the probable solutions, and confirming the best-fitted solutions for the system.• Designing the system and database with desired features and operations in detail and keeping documentation.• Writing program code for developing the system according to the system requirements. • Testing, debugging, and correcting errors in an application as per project needs and ensuring the system standard.• Developing various reports for the systems according to the demand.• Designing, developing, and maintaining the project website.• Training the personnel and the system users. • Providing advice and guidelines for the best-suited strategies of systems, recommending the cost and purchasing of the needed software and hardware.• Completing other responsibilities such as maintaining e-Filing System and e-Procurement System, updating National Web Portal and other governmental e-Services.• Monitoring, reporting, negotiating with vendors and visit various sites for the National ICT Infra-Network for Government Phase-II (“Info-Sarker”) Project which was the largest ICT Project of the Government in 2014. The project has so many activities like expanding the national data center with a disaster recovery center, establishing the fiber optic backbone throughout the country and high-speed broadband internet connectivity to all the government offices, 800 Video conference system, IP Telephony, Wi-Fi zone at BCC & Secretariat, solar systems, Telemedicine systems at 25 hospitals, develop software for Violence against women and children, etc. • Visit China for foreign visits and training.

• Addressing various hardware and software-related technical issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and projectors, as well as Hardware Secure Modules.• Installing, configuring, and updating software applications and operating systems.• Administering Windows Server, FTP Server, and File Sharing Server, including deploying and managing OS and application images across the network.• Managing Active Directory and user IDs across operating systems and financial applications, encompassing tasks like user/group creation, role assignment, and password resets.• Providing technical support and assistance to end-users, either remotely or on-site.• Collaborating with other IT teams and departments to implement IT projects and initiatives.• Documenting maintenance procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.• Coordinating projects by facilitating collaboration between application users, system/terminal vendors, and business management.• Conducting basic ICT training for government officials, Teachers, Entrepreneurs, and students.
