I am public health professional and have eight years of work experience in the health sector. I worked with government and non-government organizations. I did my master's degree in epidemiology and gain specialization in the public health sector. My work experience and education have provided me with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex tasks and solve problems. I possess expert skills in problem resolution, planning, monitoring, reporting, resource management, quality, risk management, and emergency management during a disaster situation like an earthquake, flood or disease pandemic.I have previous experience in the areas of public health at the national, provincial and district levels of Nepal. My work experience enhanced my advocacy and resource mobilization capacity. I have more than 4 years of work experience in the government sector and have good administrative knowledge of the functioning of ministries (Ministry of Social Development) and other related departments/ agencies. I successfully designed, developed, and implemented health programs such as training and awareness programs, at different levels ( Provincial & local levels). I am familiar with major program components in the health sector and the ongoing reform process. I also developed excellent people management and interpersonal skills, as well as project management skills. I have more than 4 years of experience in the research field and have conducted research in field-related research. I have excellent written skills, organizational and time management skills, and excellent research and analytical skills. My work experience enables me to translate theoretical concepts into practical approaches for operational work. I can efficiently work flexibly under pressure to meet deadlines and can work collaboratively. I can work effectively in a team-oriented and multi-cultural environment.I have excellent reporting and recording skills and knowledge of program monitoring and evaluation.I have experience in the educational sector and health sector (Eg: Maternal and child health programs, nutritional programs, Tb and HIV AIDS programs, Counselling, Sexual and reproductive health, family planning, disaster management, Epidemic control, and awareness programs. I did voluntarily work in Medical camps and flood relief health camps, cholera and corona epidemic. I know statistical applications such as the R program, SPSS, Epi-info, and MS office.
