Present From December 2014: Petrofac Training Services. Presently I am working in PTPP, ADMA ATI Training center Abu Dhabi. Post Held: Process Trainer & CA &A Assessor. To conduct classroom theoretical and practical OJT based Production training programs. To conduct theoretical and practical programs covering Process and Control Room Operations, Well head operation, Oil & Gas plant, Gas sweetening & Gas Dehydration Plant operation. Conducting Training in PTPP (Process Training Pilot Plant). Prepare all course teaching materials, and, visual aids. This will also include any course reference materials and / or student workbooks.  Maintain electronic and hard copy of all individual training records, and to provide accurate reports as and when required by the Training coordinator.  To provide the Training coordinator with detailed student progress reports containing the assessment, level of competence, attendance and behaviors of the trainees.  Liaise with equipment vendors, and any additional specialist suppliers to ensure that teaching materials support the knowledge required for a trainee to develop satisfactory workplace competence.  To conduct overview training programs for non-production personnel and others requiring a basic presentation on the plants operational control features.  To design appropriate courses for the trainees and to schedule their release to the operational plant to enable them to quickly develop and utilize their new skills on the job.  To conduct refresher training courses, and additional remedial programs if requested.

From Sept 2008 to March 2011.Post Held: - DCS Operator ( ON JOB TRAINER)I was working as an ON JOB TRAINER.Conducted training for fresh operators.Successfully delivered SOP training and functioned as a backup with strong technical support while performing plant activities.Actively involved in:Pre-commissioning and commissioning & normal day to day activities of LNG Plant in IR Inlet Receiving section. The IR receives three phase products (GAS, CONDENSATE & WATER) from the offshore platform through the two 80KM long pipeline. Separate the products & deliver the Gas to LNG trains.The condensate stabilization & treatment for De-odorized by using MERICHEM caustic wash process, It consists of Napfining, Thiolex & Mericat system. Then Sour water treatment & well injection of water, Pig receiving, Slug catcher, stripper, off gas compressor, Incinerator operation. Gas processing.
