Managing multiple complex development projects having high customer expectations and demanding partners Facilitating the completion of various projects like: o Providing IT solution for: * Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow- A super specialty hospital * Guru Tegh Bhadur Hospital, Delhi o Indian Air Force - Providing e-health solution for more than 200 hospitals in a cloud o State Government of Kerala - e-health solution for 1300 institutions in the state o State Government of Kerala - m-health solutions for around 10000 public health workers o Dadra and Nagar Haveli - e-health and m-health for the entire UT including around 60 healthcare institutions and around 500 health workers o Indian Army - Automation of the entire drug distribution system including 5 depots and distributing medical needs to the entire armed forces like Army, Air Force and Navy o Karnataka State Seeds Corporation – providing ERP for the entire organization with 35 locations across the state which includes production and distribution of quality seeds to the farmers Administering various client management and pre-sales activities like: o Internal and external project review meetings o Vendor management o Reengineering process, preparation of RFP technical bid and financial bid and proposals o RFP evaluation for tenders o Costing for the project which includes providing end-to-end turnkey solutions o Technical presentation of the proposed solution for the RFP o Price negotiation activities Facilitating various project management activities like: o Tracking project progress o Requirement gathering o Formulating IT program budget o Governing IT program scope o Conceptualizing strategies for all IT programs o Preparing disaster recovery plan o Evaluating each program stage once it has been completed Implementing various technologies like: o Android based application for mobile device o J2EE based application for web based technology o .net platform o Oracle D2K o Cobol
