1. Preparation and implementation of engineering and maintenance SOP's and related documents. 2. Operations and maintenance of utilities of the facility like • HVAC (air-conditioning systems)• Electrical panel boards• ETP• RO water plant• Water softener• UPS systems• Diesel Set• Air compressor• Access control systems• Fire alarm system• Public address system• Analytical equipment’s and instruments• Formulation equipment’s and instruments• CCTV etc.2. Preparation of preventative maintenance schedule and performing the preventative maintenance for utilities mentioned above along with proper documentation.3. Preparing preventive maintenance schedule for lab equipments and instruments and performing or coordinating with third party vendors for the same.4. Attending and addressing any issues related to lab equipments instruments by coordinating with third party vendors.5. Co-ordinating with third party vendors for new installation and qualification of the equipment and instruments.6. Co-ordinating with third party vendors for shifting, changing, and modification of civil work.7. Preparing calibration schedule for lab equipments and instruments and performing or coordinating with third party vendors for the same.
