• Managing user accounts, passwords, and logins using Active Directory and local accounts. Providing customer support via phone, email, remote desktop, and on-site to help with OS and Office 365 issues.• Prioritize and resolve user requests using a ticketing system, escalating to higher levels as needed. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, printers, scanners, drivers, antivirus, and perform backups.• Enabling and disabling multi-factor authentication (MFA), while providing self-service password reset using Azure AD and Microsoft 365. Managing user access to web-based and desktop Office 365 applications and licenses.• Applied Group Policies to configure user settings, preferences, and software installations. Working ontroubleshooting printer issues, managing Outlook features, and administering Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Provide users with personal and shared network storage with appropriate permissions.
