• Finalization of Annual Accounts and Income statement as per Indian GAAP.• Conducting Internal /Statutory / Tax / Transfer Pricing Audit of Company, and reporting important irregularities for follow up action and continuous improvements.• Liaisoning with statutory auditors on Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise and Customs & for Audit.• Reviewing of Internal control procedures and advice to management to strengthen the same.• Preparation of various reports and documents for Transfer pricing audit/Statutory audit/tax audit. Statutory Compliances ( Direct & Indirect )• Ensuring of timely deposit of taxes, preparation and filing of returns under various Sales tax/VAT, Service Tax, Excise, Income Tax,TDS and MAT etc• Tax Planning and Tax Management of all the Employees.• Preparing of Documents for Vat Audit, Sales Tax and customs SVB.• Statutory compliances for new set up of manufacturing units, and obtaining of Excise, Sales tax and Service tax registrations.• Preparing various reports for statutory authorities.• Payroll disbursements include PF, ESI, Labour welfare fund.• Issuance of Statutory forms and certificates including form “C”, “E-1”, “I”, “VAT D1”, and form38, From 16, Form 16A. Banking Operations ,MIS and Secretarial Compliances• Dealing in Foreign Import Remittances, RTGS and financial Performance Bank guarantees and Bonds etc.• Preparation of documents for providing of due diligence certificate and sharing of information of availing of credit facilities from various banks as per RBI Regulation.
