Responsible for the overall improvement and performance of pump station, pipeline and metering and regulating stations through quality objectives. Monitor alarms and acknowledge it from all running and non-running equipment’s andsystems, Acknowledge and Analyses alarms appeared on SCADA and take corrective action/communication with field teams.Handling of High pressure (107barg max.) 11 stage Centrifugal Pumps (2W+2S) operation startup,shutdown, changeover and trip as per SOP. Handling of valves (Pneumatic,E/H,MOV) operation from scada/Field. Monitoring field activities of 32 Main line valve's, 2 intermediate pinging station and 3spur line valves and check for normal after completion of work.Operation of PIG Launching and Recieving.Operation of Ethane flaring by using of vaporizer fan, KOD. Following Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P) of Pipeline, pump, M&R operation.Monitoring and recording operational and maintenance data and history book in SAP softwareResponsible to Updating E logbook data as per Field logbook data.Responsible for carryout the Condition Monitoring like Noise, Temperature and Leak Check as well as other critical parameter of the plantsSupervision of field activities and equipment for safe operation.Maintaining of daily logsheet and communication book and elogbook.Frequently checking and updating carseal and LO/LC ,NO/NC tags.Frequently filling field check list.
