Technical Roles:• Windows server related issues: hardware issues: drivers and firmware issue, unexpected reboot issue, disk related issues etc. Knowledge in (Windows server related issues)• Installed, administered and troubleshooting Active directory such as(Creating mailbox, Access and permissioning etc).• Managing and monitoring Links, Logs, events escalate the issue as per Escalation matrix.• Timely escalation done of all problems as per Client Escalation chart.• Installed, account administered and troubleshooting Active directory.(Creation of new sites, creation for new users and providing rights to existing users, Adding groups for the users.)• Experience with Telephone systems specifically IP. Avaya and Cisco. Blackberry / BES, Apple iOS and Android device configuration and usage experience.• Handles all types of Requests, Requirements and Calls of (Top Management) such as VIP users, Includes MD’s, ED’s, CEO, RMs & Business Heads.
