Research And Development Intern
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India
During my internship at Dabur India, I had the opportunity to contribute to a pioneering research project focused on standardizing the micropropagation technique for Stage 0 (Selection and Sterilizing of Explants) and Stage 1 (Culture Initiation) in Agnimanth. Working closely with the research and development team, I played a key role in conducting experiments, preparing culture media, and executing tissue culture techniques. My responsibilities included:- Collaborating with senior researchers to design and execute experiments aimed at optimizing the micropropagation technique for Agnimanth.- Conducting literature reviews to stay updated on the latest advancements in micropropagation technology.- Performing tissue culture techniques such as explant selection, sterilization, and culture initiation.- Documenting experimental procedures, observations, and results in a detailed manner.- Analyzing data and contributing to the interpretation of results.- Presenting findings to the research team and participating in discussions to refine protocols and methodologies. This internship provided me with invaluable hands-on experience in research and development within the agricultural industry. It enhanced my understanding of plant tissue culture techniques and reinforced my passion for contributing to sustainable agricultural practices.
