Enterprise Customer Notification PlatformCNC(Customer Notification Centre), is an Enterprise platform, which sends the customize notifications to the customers on various flight operations in order to update them the flight operations status or take any corrective action. Systems sends out the notifications to customers across different channels such as email, SMS, mobile Push notifications and also via WhatsApp.The solution is based on variously dynamic rules and hosted on a complex event processing platform of IBM Decision Server Insight.Solution works based on the dynamic configuration parameters set by the business owner and the administration. The project has been recognized as a standard platform for the communication with the passengers and also many of the down-stream application use as a source of event for their decision making.Responsibilities:• Providing the overall technical leadership to the entire project team to deliver the promises of business in agile model with excellent quality.• Responsible for technical design, tracking the development and help the team for the technical challenges during the life cycle of project to ensure the timelines and quality meet.• Creating and managing the estimates, project plan, and project schedule and resource allocation as per the management prioritization of task.• Worked on multiple EAI based project on TIBCO BW and EMS.
