I'm people person who has great possion to be a leader who has "heart to care, possinate to inspire, and willingness to empower". great leader manage and can delivery a fruitful result from anything that can be measurable. I am obsessed with leading anything that can be measure and deliver fruitful results. Since I start my career, I enjoy being working on the team. Two of my managers from XPO Logistic, who collaborate to mentor and coach me, to advance my managerial technique to resolve any issue that be can trigger during future operation still remain fresh in my mind till today. My passion for being a leader has carried me to the University of Texas at Arlington. The University has taught me and open the door for the opportunity to advance my leadership technique by networking with a diverse group of people. Especially, collaborating with a diverse group of people with different passions. working on the group project in the final years of my study has benefited profoundly to understand the role of the leader in this modern world. I am a conscientious leader exceedingly desire to lead a diverse team as of today and in the future operation.
