10+ years of working experience in Business or Functional Analysis within the agricultural commodity space managing end to end implementation of bespoke and packaged CTRM solution (EKA, AGIBLOCKS).Working on IT system transformation strategies, systems integration, implementation and management of the different types of CTRM applications such as custom, and packaged enterprise software for the following commodity domain Coffee Trading Grains Trading Sugar Trading Metal TradingPerforming market research for potential solution, preparing RFP/RFI, performing vendor evaluation (POC) and coordinating with stake holders in solution finalizing. Understanding and finalizing the functionality required by clients on specialized business needs and prepared business requirements (AS-IS and TO-BE) specifications.Performing detailed analysis and trend management of problem, identification of opportunities to improve performance and mitigate future issues faced by Trading Front, Middle or Back offices, Shipping & Logistics functions within the CTRM industry.Engaging on-shore and off-shore stakeholders in technology, trend analysis, problem management, business impact scoping and other testing / training requirements.Assessing the risks and cost issues in legacy applications portfolio and described ways to address them through product replacement strategies. Guiding and managing the team in migrating the existing data from the legacy application to the CTRM System. This include working closely with the CTRM vendor on the migration process and working closely with the stakeholders in formulating strategy and plan in extracting data from the legacy system and transforming the same in format required for migration.Working with business users in Netherland, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam and Papua New Guinea.
