Investment Project feasibility and Project financing

Evaluate and recommend alternatives to Management, the model and structure for the Company’s participation in projects.Involve in raising finance for the new projects and suggest the best financing plan and management of existing debt portfolio.Assist in debt raising for existing operations including liaison with potential lenders/banks.

- Actively involved in the green-field aluminium project in Abudhabi (Emirates Aluminium). Activities include- Preliminary financial evaluation- Review of key project agreements- Working with Financial & Legal Advisors for developing project financials/finance documents and to achieve financial close- Involved in discussion with financial & legal advisors on structuring project finance- Preparation of project budget and control- Actively involved in techno economic evaluation of major projects like acquisition, expansion and diversification proposals. - Led a team to conduct an equity valuation for acquisition in Iran.- Financially evaluated the acquisition of assets in Australia and India.- Conducted due diligence on new projects in Kuwait, Germany and Saudi Arabia- Feasibility studies and other joint venture agreements for a new project in Algeria and Saudi Arabia.
