Founded Seeitfirst, a video software tools company in 1997, and as its CEO raised capital from blue chip investors, launched the first product in 1998, built a strong management team and BOD, and the company was acquired by UB group in 2001. Continued as CEO of Seeitfirst until Dec. 2004.Before starting Seeitfirst, worked for Cirrus Logic from Dec.1993 to Dec.1996 and help deliver the first videoconferencing chip for Cirrus Logic.
