In my most recent stint, I was advising the founding team of BigFday, and helped them scale their event services business to 650+ events in FY19/20. Prior to that I was heading sales at Pickyourtrail, where I hired, trained and managed a team of 25+ travel consultants and grew revenue 2.5X in 12 monthsEarlier as an entrepreneur, I bootstrapped and built Effect Works, a boutique design and product development agency. From helping startups such as Indix, Freshdesk, KissMetrics build their MVPs to creating effective business pitches for large conglomerates such as CTS, Atlas Copco, The Times Group. Grew the team to a 35 member team with almost zero attrition in 8 years. Launched NFN labs for the love of apps. Went on to build and launch apps in IOS and Android. Our apps were ranked in the Top 10 in the Apple App Store in over 30 countries, and were covered by global tech media such as The Verge, Mashable, The Next Web, and MacStories amongst others.
