Solutioning multiple needle in a haystack problems with the founder, and created working playbooks in the 0-1 journey of edtech startup for neurodiverse individuals

- Led a team of 5 financial controllers to perform in-depth analytical review of financial statements for 3 entities of SCB (Singapore, United Kingdom and Germany)- Key program lead to present to Global CFO highlighting the metrics and business performance snapshots in Risk Operational Forum Meetings involving senior stakeholders and board members- Led cross-functional teams to streamline processes for contract and vendor management, and performed quality checks; achieved balance write-off of USD 1 Mn by implementing operational changes and improvementsPersonally proud of: Spearheading in developing training programs to solve organizational D&I challenges, especially to make it inclusive in the onboarding process and workspace for the neurodiverse spectrum. As the founding member of this initiative, I co-ordinated and brain-stormed ideas with Senior Managers and Department Heads, wrote articles for the monthly editorial to create awareness, and designed posters and presentations to implement the ideas.

Drove Financial Due Diligence for various strategic buyers, private equity funds and non-profits by analyzing historical, financial & operational information including KPIs, bench-marking and evaluation of commercial and legal aspects that drive deals. Performed market and industry research, synergy analysis, and analysis of normal levels of working capital that are key drivers to investors. Project Cincinnati (Deal assistance for divestiture of non-core of assets for the US Client namely, Conduent Incorporated, a technology-led government services company headquartered in New Jersey. The deal was successfully completed upon sale to Avenu Insights and Analytics, a $6 billion publicly held company based in New Jersey. This project was the highest-grossing revenue generated for EY consulting Financial Due Diligence department in 2018)• Demonstrated leadership by actively leading the deal from the stages of initial business plan to the conclusion of deal, including post-deal advisory services involving assistance in execution of deeds• Analyzed key revenue & cost drivers and identified issues that would impact the proposed transaction • Designed a business model presentation through periodic interactions with Investment Bankers of the transaction, Robert W. Baird & Co over a period of 6 months that provided a financial and process snapshot view to potential investors • Value addition provided by way of identifying key financial adjustments by analyzing forecasts.Recognition• “Spotlight” Award under the category, “Individual Client Champion” for actively leading the deal in cross-border transaction for the US SEC Conglomerate. • Recognized by Vice President from the client organization for real-time decision making during buyer calls and for delivering quality reports under stringent timelines.

As project manager, led the audit of subsidiaries of Microsoft. The scope of work included several virtual meetings, co-ordination with counterparts of various countries and preparation of reports detailing control lapses and qualitative suggestions for improved business practices.Award: Certificate of appreciation by Senior Partner of Deloitte – Audit & Assurance for overall work performance exceeding expectations in preparation of key issue letter addressed to Global CEO of Microsoft, in 2015.

Performed audit of varied sector of clients both listed and unlisted, including NBFCs, NGOs, social enterprises, FMCG, manufacturing, trading industries & a leading media and DTH player in India.
