• I extensively involved in recruiting candidates for various technologies and skills such as Hyperion, EDI, QA, Mainframes, Data warehouse, Web development, Client Server, Oracle and Networking Technologies. Examples of.
• Finalizing C2C agreements with the vendors and ensuring the documents like NCA, NDA, EA are signed and completed with the vendors and the consultants before submitting them to the End client and following up for PO.
• Good Knowledge in Handling Client Requirements getting Green Cards, TN Permits and US Citizens on board.

• Collecting Requirement from respective job portal.
• Analyze the requirement and understand what type of consultant the client is looking for their opening.
• Searched for qualified candidates on Monster, Dice, Hot jobs and also on local database by applying appropriate search strings.
• Sorting through hundreds of resumes to find just the right person
• When found suitable candidate I contact them via Phone/email and explain them about the job opening.
• Cold calling and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates.
