As a production Team Leader, my role is to manage the overall business activities.Supplier Management + Panel Building: - Ensuring the factory is meeting all the compliance - Social Accountability, Quality Requirements, Production Requirements.- Risk Assessment - Finance, Capacity, Production, Human and Environment.- Supplier Sourcing based on the needs & build a strong panelSupply:- To ensure our products are available for our customers at the right time.- Defining the S&OP (Supply and Operational planning) and Supply method for each model and each custom zone.- To ensure the component planning and purchase based on the Supply method defined for each article.- Capacity planning at the Operational and Executional level in APO.- RFQ management for all the custom zones.- Ensuring the KPI are met (Delivery on Time, Lead Time, lowest MOQ, Availability rate, etc.)- Coaching the suppliers to boost their skills and efficiency.Quality and Development:- Lead interactions between the development team and the factory for the development and industrialization of new products.- Validate the pilot phase for the implementation of new products.- Challenge the quality system of our suppliers to guarantee the satisfaction of the end-user.- In collaboration with the supplier, ensure that each product meets quality, environmental, toxicological, and product technical requirements.- Improve the cost-effectiveness of the supplier by working on the costs of processes and materials.- Homologation of the product - Following all the steps for product creation, tech pack.- Ensuring that each product has a control plan and followed strictly to ensure the right product quality.- Ensuring the KPI are fulfilled (Product rating, Sample Lead Time, lowest Return rate, Development LT, Blocking rate, rejection rate, RFT, etc.)Sustainability:- Promote Eco Design on our products.- Motivate the vendors to switch to Renewable Energy.- Sign up for SBTi for all our vendors.
