• Interpretation of Technical Drawings.• Carrying out Layout as per the Drawings and Specifications.• Preparation of BBS and Shuttering Plan.• Preparation of MBs, Costing Analysis for the works executed at site.• Preparation of Bills.• Site Management/ Support to the Senior Site Engineers/ Management for all-around works at the site.• Checking of Raw Materials.• Various other Day-To-Day Site activities as per the guidance of the Management.

• Having good experience in Raft foundation to typical floors.• Execution of RCC work, reinforcement erection, Shuttering & concreting.• Supervision of manpower and Coordination with different vendors of ongoing construction work. • Quantity estimation, Bar Bending Schedule preparation. • Check & control of material wastage & material management on site. • Update cube strength register, Quality check report. • Allocation of work to labours, Maintaining D.P.R., manpower report.• Checking and supervision of blockwork/brickwork and plastering. • Knowledge of waterproofing, Tiling work and Gypsum work.

• Modelling & analysis of G+4 Commercial Building in ETABS. • Done analysis of structure by applying various loads such as DL, LL, Seismic Load, Wind Load etc. • Done basic Stability Checks, Model analysis results. • Individual Element detailing in AutoCAD, Preparation of DBR.
