> Co-founded Adesto in 2007 and served as its President and CEO from inception through IPO (Nasdaq:IOTS) in 2015.> Served as Adesto's CEO as a public company through its acquisition by Dialog Semi for an enterprise value of $500MM.> Adesto was a leading provider of IoT solutions including edge devices, gateways & embedded systems. > At time of its acquisition, Adesto had annual revenue run rate of $120M and was growing more than 20% YoY. > Adesto was a RedHerring Top 100 Promising Companies in 2014. > Adesto was recognized as the Top Emerging Growth Company in 2019 by Association of Corporate Growth Silicon Valley.> Adesto's team of 250 employees worldwide served over 2000 customers including dozens of Fortune 500 companies. > Led all the venture capital and strategic corporate financing activities from Series A to post IPO.> Executed on acquisition and integration of multiple businesses significantly expanding company’s market opportunity and reach. > Served on Adesto’s board and managed recruitment and expansion of its membership by bringing on Fortune 500 company executives to serve as its outside directors.
