1. Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discount in consultation with Chief Commercial Officer.2. Manages personnel and develops Ethanol sales and sales support staff.3. Reviews progress of Ethanol sales roles throughout the company.4. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.5. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all Ethanol products.6. Provides quarterly results assessment of Ethanol sales staff’s productivity.7. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.8. Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.9. Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.10. Interprets short- and long-term effects on Ethanol sales strategies in operating profit.11. Educates Ethanol sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.12. Collaborates with Chief Commercial Officer to establish and control budgets.13. Reviews Ethanol related expenses and recommends economies.14. Holds regular meeting with Ethanol sales staff.
