• Dealing with Owner, Shipyard, Operator, Vendor & other stakeholders on Project Management issues. • Preparation of Schedules and Gantt charts and assigning duties to subordinates in 12+ projects. • Supervision of WSR, MPR, IRS reports and review of work progress as owners’ consultants.• Coordinate with Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering departments to facilitate design and solve drawing issues, evaluating design, preparing BOQ & presenting them to management. • Supervising a team containing Naval Architects and Shipbuilding Design and Production Engineers involved in basic design & construction processes & mentoring other Jr. Naval Architects & Engineers.• Led the entire design solution as a Project Manager & completed conceptualization, feasibility analysis, 3D modeling, basic and production drawings for 2 Nos. 4500 DWT Bulk Carriers. • Fixed CO2 Extinguishing System (FSS Code) & developed Cargo Securing Manual (CSS Code). • Signal Arrangement (COLREG), FWD and Aft Mast basic drawings as per ship building codes, class rules and IMO guidelines & giving presentation in front of the Minister. • Made Navigation and Bridge Visibility Plan (SOLAS) & HVAC (E/R, Machinery & Ventilation System). • Completed Freeboard calculation (Loadline), usage of LSA Code Stability assessment including passenger crowding and severe wind rolling as per IS Code, Inclining Experiment Report. • Concluded first ever structural analysis and approval of Hatch cover drawings in Bangladesh. • Designed for around 20+ different types of vessels from conceptualization to developing entire design & drawing solution as well as tender preparation.
