I facilitate and monitor some of the UCT Engineering computer labs. Some of my daily tasks are to ensure that the lab is clean and safe to be used by students. I also provide assistance with basic computer troubleshooting. Good customer service skills are essential here.

I provide personal and academic guidance to 1st-year Moshal Scholars at the University of Cape Town.

Worked in the Petrochemical department and assisted the team with their projects on tank and firefighting system design of different fuel tank depot in aviation and more . Got very familiar with valves, tanks, pumps and all the components used to design these systems while analysing P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and GA (General Arrangement) drawings. Also got the opportunity to work with software tools like DWG TrueView and Navisworks Freedom for modeling and did hydraulic analysis using AFT Fathom.

I was assisting and learning with the mechanical Engineering team. I gained experience in welding, fitting and turning, product design and manufacturing, and CNC machining.
