Duties:- In charge of developing and implementing a quality audit and several processes in the hotel (mainly in the F&B Area), as well as developing and performing surveys, quality reports, setting KPI's, ...- In charge of the service in the restaurant, that includes à la carte service and events organization and service.- Coordinator and supervisor of the internship students.- Giving classes about subjects related to costs, organization and service in the F&B Department.
