• Given COVID-19, plan and implement innovative virtual field visits with over 8 portfolio companies around the world for senior management specifically but not limited to Jordan, Sierra Leon, England, Ghana, Bangladesh, Zambia, and Tanzania.• Create a marketing and investment plans for CARE Social Ventures and each of its portfolio companies.• Create and update portfolio company websites and promotional materials• Create and run a training program for the 8 social ventures about social media presence, branding, and its importance based on the nature of the business, country of location, and local cultural context.• Prepare impact stories of beneficiaries of portfolio companies. • Research and report on portfolio companies market and specific target audience• Collaborating with staff on new ideas and directions to creating investment pool for the portfolio companies and new social ventures to be opened• Preparing and evaluating grant documents• Preparing pitch deck, investment documents, legal documents and other business development requirements based on needs
