• Preparing the pre –shipment documents for all export shipment and arranging of their filling with customs authorities.• Follow ups with production team to ensure livestock availability and the timely delivery.• Communicate with customers to take orders and provide solutions for any customer inquiries or complaints.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth export process.• Prepare documents like Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin and their submission to Bank Buyer.• Update customer order, quality, and delivery schedule on daily Basis.• Sending shipment notification to customers at proper time.• Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations and requirements.• Collect advice from bank and repatriate with National Bank of Ethiopia at proper time and record repatriated documents.• Maintain accurate records of all export documentation and transactions.

• Preparing Plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.• Reviewing, comparing, and analyzing products and services to be purchased.• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges etc.;• Raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.• Contracting and communicating with the customers.• Prepare all the required import and export documents like Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of loading / Airway Bill, certificate of origin, Fumigation certificate, Insurance certificates, Health certificates, phytosanitary certificate, ICO certificate and facilitate import and export permits from concerned authorities.• Handle all import shipments as per the import procedures and requirements in collaboration with concerned authorities and freight forwarding companies.• Prepare and Updates import and export follow up sheet separately;• Observing and formulating the records of the activities related to imports and export.• Communicate and cross check invoices from supplier before shipment.• Take responsibility for initial document inspection and document management.• Follow up for the clearance of undertakings given related to imported materials clearance.

• Operate the web-based systems developed to update and follow all imported Materials.• Ensures the data entered and generated by the system is appropriate and relevant.• Ensures that data are entered into the system on a real-time basis.• Checks the database daily and updates the system accordingly.• Communicate with the operation team to get the accurate updates.• Make sure that GAN is issued by storekeepers at the time of goods delivery.
