As a part of the People Team, I work closely with the recruiters and hiring managers to successfully maneuver coordinating needs for our mmhmm roles. This includes scheduling preliminary screening calls all the way to reference checks.

• Supports the Temporary Relocation Assistance (TRA) team by handling all administrative tasks including organizing and uploading relocation records in Salesforce.• Communicates with TRA applicants regarding required documents to complete the TRA Relocation record.• Manages a large amount of inbound calls in a timely manner educating potential applicants on the ReBUILD NC Buyout Program and setting appointments with intake specialists.• Facilitates ordering of office-wide inventory and the set-up of new ReBUILD NC centers around North Carolina.

• Provided logistical support for 10 executives' programs, meetings and events - including room reservations, weekly expense reports, travel accommodations and calendar maintenance.• Assisted in scheduling interviews, providing campus tours, completing I-9's and E-Verify for new hires during the on-boarding process.
