Over ten years of experience working with non-profit art, cultural, and social service organizations on executive search, succession planning, and leadership advising.

Facilitated a variety of projects for the President/CEO and other members of the senior management team, including a database implementation project, presidential transition initiative, and internal communications.

Created estimates of content development staff resources required for projects, defining requirements for a wide variety of projects. Coached and motivated department comprising 20 instructional designers and writers

Coordinated content development and web production for the parent channel of Lightspan's new portal for K-12 education. Led successful development and launch of the parent channel for Lightspan.com. Supervised production for publishing including content development, graphic design, web integration, and quality assurance, in concert with editorial, design, technical, and testing teams. Managed content syndication and licensing relationships with business partners including Family PC magazine, SmarterKids, eScore, and MSN.

Founding member of team which developed ArtsEdNet, an educational website providing educators with materials for teaching art in the classroom. Supervised information design, content development, and production for more than 500 pages of K-12 curriculum materials (classroom lesson plans as well as over 250 art images). Led conceptual development of site architecture and content, in collaboration with subject matter experts. Devised content design guidelines. Directed teams of writers, graphic designers, and programmers in producing 15 original online lesson units, including art images and other teaching materials.
